N57D30, N57D30TOP Upgraded (hybrid) Turbos – 640D F12, 535D F10, 335D F30

MACHGRADE Hybrid Turbochargers come in 3 power versions: 420, 500 and 550HP. 420HP option features upgraded of cold side by installation of Custom Billet Compressor Wheel to bigger turbo. The 500 and 550HP packages are additionally supplemented with a Enlarged High-Flow Turbine Wheel to allow for better flow of exhaust gases. Each package is based on the stock genuine KKK turbos which makes them fully plug and play upgraded (bolt-on) for BMW 640d F12, 335D F30, 535d F10 and other cars equipped with N57D30 engine (300-313HP).

MACHGRADE N57D30 550

Upgraded to the same extent as 500 but bigger wheel on both sides (cold and hot) were applied.

Getting expected power

To reach 500HP or more fuel system from m550d is recommended), exhaust (full straight exhaust system including downpipe) and cooling need to be taken care of as weel. The professional ECU remapping is required to take advantage of hardware upgrades. Below are example projects
