EA825 4.0TFSI Hybrid Turbo Upgrade

MACHGRADE EA825 4.0TFSI Hybrid Turbo Upgrade. This upgrade is designed for the EA825 4.0L TFSI displacement motor fitted to the Audi RS6/RS7 C8, RS Q8, A8 60TFSI D5, Porsche Cayenne, Panamera, and Lamborghini Urus. With this upgrade, we aim to significantly improve the boost pressure, resulting in a new level of performance for your vehicle.

Specification of the turbocharger

Our turbochargers are equipped with dual ceramic ball bearings, larger reinforced machined from the solid billet impellers to hold heavy loads on high boost, and enlarged turbine wheels. We offer two versions of our upgraded turbochargers:

MACHGRADE EA825 810HP

These turbochargers are designed to deliver up to 810HP at the crank. They feature a custom billet compressor wheel and a clipped and lightened turbine wheel. The turbochargers are based on the original BorgWarner Turbochargers, ensuring 100% plug-and-play installation.

MACHGRADE EA825 1010HP

These turbochargers are designed to deliver up to 1010HP at the crank. They feature an enlarged 6+6 blades billet compressor wheel and a larger high-flow 9 blades turbine wheel. The turbochargers are based on the original BorgWarner Turbochargers, ensuring 100% plug-and-play installation.

Getting expected power

To achieve power output the turbo is optimized for you must ensure all the supporting mods are in place. That means you have to take care of other systems, like:

• fuel
• exhaust
• cooling

ECU remap is necessary to take advantage of hardware upgrades.
