Hybrid turbocharger Stage 1 Premium based on stock Garrett GTB1749VK is the ultimate Plug&Play solution for BMW 116 d, BMW 118 d (E81/E87/E88), BMW 318 d (E90/E90N/E91/E91N) working with N47D20A engine.

The full list of changes applied is as follows:

– Journal bearings – so-called ‘360’,
– Modification of compressor housing,
– Modification of seal plate,
Enlarged compressor Billet Wheel 11+0 / 56mm,
– Genuine Garrett compressor housing,
– Genuine Garrett exhaust housing,
– Genuine Garrett bearing housing,
– Genuine Honeywell electronic actuator,
– Dynamically Balanced.

What’s so special about this one?

1. Quick spool by applying lighter/enlarged 11+0 Billet Wheel.
2. Only oil cooling (there is not water cooling).
3. Efficient generation of Variable Nozzle Turbine.
4. 100% Plug&Play fitment.
5. Precise VNT adjustment.

The turbo is meant to work with ~220HP. In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your exhaust and cooling systems as well. With stock exhaust and cooling system, you can reach ~200HP. Professional ECU remapping is required!
