MACHGRADE 1.8T 20V K04 Upgraded Turbocharger built using Custom Billet Compressor Wheel and Clipped/Changed Turbine Wheel. The turbo is based on a stock, genuine KKK K04 turbocharger and is a great choice for someone looking for improved power figures and extra performance from their 1.8T 20V engine.
There are two versions available for the 1.8T Hybrid Turbocharger with a peak power range of 300-330 Crankshaft Horse Power, as follows:

Hybrid Turbocharger ready to make ~330 Crankshaft Horse Power. The full list of changes applied is the same as with the 300 package, with the exception of a bigger Billet Compressor Wheel and the Turbine Wheel replaced with a 9 Blade Turbine Wheel.
Performance Capabilities
To reach declared levels of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well. Professional ECU remapping is required.

In K03 from Audi A3 8L 1.8T we can make modifications as follows:
1. full regeneration of turbocharger
2. reinforced journal bearings – so called ‘360’
3. metalworking of bearing housing
4. metalworking of compressor housing
5. bigger compressor wheel KTS Turbo BilletX
