MACHGRADE Hybrid Turbocharger built using 6+6 blade Billet Wheel + Enlarged Turbine Wheel, based on stock Garrett turbocharger from Mercedes 2.2 CDI OM646 engine is the perfect choice for i.a. Mercedes C-Class W203/204 and E-Class W211 for someone looking for a fast daily driver.
There are two versions available of the 2.2 OM646 hybrid turbochargers with a top peak power range of 220 / 250 Crankshaft Horse Power, as follows:

Hybrid turbocharger ready to make ~220 Crankshaft Horse Power. Full list of changes applied:
- Journal bearings – so-called ‘360’,
- Modification of compressor housing,
- Modification of seal plate,
- Enlarged compressor Billet Wheel 6+6,
- Genuine Garrett clipped and lightened the turbine wheel to reduce the backpressure,

Hybrid turbocharger ready to make ~250HP. The full list of changes is the same as with the 220 package with the exception of the Billet Compressor Wheel which is bigger and the Turbine Wheel which is also enlarged.
Performance Capabilities
To reach the declared level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust and cooling systems as well. Professional ECU remapping is required.
