The turbocharger has been modified as follows:

• High flow 56mm Billet large trim Compressor Wheel with 2mm Extended Tips
• Re-profiled compressor housing
• Modified turbine wheel blades to reduce back pressure
• Lightening of turbine wheel for quicker response
• Unit fully blueprinted to motorsport tolerances
• VNT Flow tested

• Only oil cooling (no water cooling)

Getting expected power

To achieve the designed power, the following systems need to be adjusted:

• Fuel: Upgraded fuel injectors and fuel pump may be required to provide the additional fuel needed for the increased air from the turbocharger.
• Exhaust: An upgraded exhaust system will reduce back pressure and allow the turbo to spool up more quickly.
• Cooling: An upgraded intercooler will help keep intake air temperatures down, improving performance and reliability.

An ECU remap is necessary to take advantage of these hardware upgrades.

The max boost of pressure allowed for this turbo is 32 PSI.
