Description

MACHGRADE M177 Upgraded Turbochargers Stage 3 built using Custom Compressor Billet Wheels and Enlarged High Flow Turbine Wheels. The turbos are based on the stock genuine KKK turbochargers providing the ultimate Plug&Play solution for the following cars:

  • Aston Martin DB11 V8 working with M177 DE 40 LA engine.
  • Aston Martin Vantage V8 working with M177 DE 40 LA engine.
  • Mercedes C63 AMG, Mercedes C63S AMG, Mercedes E63 AMG,  Mercedes GLC 63AMG working with M177 DE 40 LA engine.
  • Mercedes AMG GT, Mercedes AMG GT S working with M178 DE 40 LA engine.
  • Mercedes G-Klasse 500 working with M176 DE 40 LA engine.

There are three versions available of the M176, M177, M178 hybrid turbochargers with a top peak power ranging from 700 to 900 HP at the crank as follows:

MACHGRADE M177 700+

Hybrid turbocharger ready to make 700+ HP. Full list of changes applied:

MACHGRADE custom journal bearings ‘360’,
– Modification of compressor housing,
– Modification of seal plate,
– Modification of exhaust manifold,
– Enlarged/custom compressor Billet Wheel 11+0 Blades,
– Enlarged/custom High-Flow Turbine Wheel 12 Blades.

Further features:

– Genuine KKK compressor housing,
– Genuine KKK exhaust manifold,
– Genuine KKK-bearing housing,
– Original KKK actuator,
– 100% Plug&Play fitment (the turbos are complete),
– Dynamically Balanced.

MACHGRADE M177 +750

Hybrid turbocharger ready to make +750 HP. The full list of changes applied is the same as with the +700 package with the exception of bigger Billet Compressor 6+6 blades.

MACHGRADE M177 900

Hybrid turbocharger ready to make 900 Crankshaft Horse Power. The full list of changes applied is the same as with the +700 package with the exception of a bigger both Billet Compressor and Turbine Wheel. The latter is also a lightened High-Flow 9 Blade one.


Getting the Performance

To reach the declared level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust and cooling systems as well. The professional ECU remapping is required.
