MACHGRADE Hybrid Turbocharger is upgraded with custom billet compressor and enlarged turbine wheel. The production of turbo starts with stock Garrett unit what ensures Plug&Play installation. It’s a direct bolt on upgrade for Nissan Patrol IV (Y60) with a 2.8TD engine producing 115HP and for Nissan Patrol V (Y61) with a 2.8TD engine producing 129HP.
Two versions are designed to have peak power ranging from 200 to 240HP at the crank.

MACHGRADEY60/Y61 240
Hybrid turbocharger optimized to deliver 240HP to the engine. Full list of changes applied is the same as with the 200 package with the exception of bigger both Billet Compressor and Turbine Wheel.
During the production process, every single part is finely balanced, and then once all the components are assembled the core is balanced using high-speed VSR.
Getting expected power
To achieve power output the turbo is optimized for you must ensure all the supporting mods are in place. That means you have to take care of other systems, like:
- fuel
- exhaust
- cooling
ECU remap is necessary to take advantage of hardware upgrades.
