The main difference between the two versions is the size of the compressor billet wheel and the turbine wheel, with the 450 model having larger components for increased power output.

Getting expected power

To achieve the estimated power output, the following systems need to be adjusted:

• Fuel system, to ensure adequate fuel supply for the increased power output
• Exhaust system, to handle the increased exhaust gas volume and pressureCooling system, to manage the increased thermal load from the higher power output

An ECU remap is necessary to optimize the engine’s performance parameters and take full advantage of the turbocharger upgrade.

The max boost of pressure allowed for this turbo is 2.2 bar. Exceeding this limit may result in damage to the turbocharger and engine.
