IHI AL 0067 Hybrid (upgraded) turbocharger for Mercedes M270 / M274

MACHGRADE Upgraded Turbocharger dedicated to engine powered by IHI AL 0067 turbo from the factory. Our 300+ hybrid turbocharger comprises of enlarged CNC machined compressor wheel paired with High-Flow 9 Blade turbine wheel or stage 1 IHI AL 0069 turbo, it depends on client’s needs, so please make sure to reach out to us for recommendations. It’s an Exquisite Plug&Play product for all Mercedes models running with M270 DE 16 AL 1.6T, M274 DE 16AL

MACHGRADE IHI AL 0067 300+

Hybrid turbocharger ready to make 300+ HP at the crank. This turbo can come in two forms. One assumes the 250HP package as base setup with additional upgrades of a bigger both Billet Compressor Wheel and the Turbine Wheel. The other one, which is recommended, is using al0069 as base. Getting expected power output

To achieve power output, the turbo is optimized for you must ensure all the supporting mods are in place. That means you have to take care of other systems, like:

• cooling

ECU remap necessary to take advantage of hardware upgrades.

The client’s project showcased below makes 190HP to the wheels, translating to 240HP at the crank. This setup assumes a stock exhaust and cooling system and is using MACHGRADE 250 turbo.
